shadymort Posted June 13, 2017 Share Posted June 13, 2017 Does anyone know if these have any point in Fallout 4?According to the GECK wiki in F3/FNV they flagged the item so it's effects would be impacted by the player's Medicine/Survival skill (for Medicine/Food respectively). In Fallout 4 I have no idea if they actually do anything as I've noticed several foods don't have food item flagged and several meds have food item checked but not medicine. I googled, tried this forums search and checked the really lacking official Creation Kit wiki before I posted here, and I posted a similar thread over on the bethesda forums but I'm guessing I'll probably get a more informed response on these forums.
