Tristamid Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 As a user of several Script Dragon Mods, including the wonderful Extra Hotkeys mod, it pains me to wait ages for all the text to scroll past the screen. Every load, every save, every time I assign something, or grab a flower, I'm stuck waiting to see if its O.K to reach for my sword, or healing spell, or w/e because I don't know whether or not I'm assigning hotkeys at the moment or not. Handling this would be a great help, and a lot of people would appreciate it, even non-script dragon members who just want more immersion by ridding themselves of on-screen text asap. Why is this NOT configurable? Do you not CARE how players are affected by the frequency of status messages (some people WANT MORE messages more often) seriously, make this a config option from now on, mk? thx, cya bye. edit: THIS ^^ this is what propels me to debug/trace/disassemble your code to find the message delay setting!!! Nerokira113 Posted November 3, 2016 Share Posted November 3, 2016 I'd like to know this too, with all the mods I have on, Moodmod, RND, etc, not to even mention the spam of running down a road farming plants, and hunterborn... the message spam is a killer. Only posts I can find though are about removing it, I don't want to remove it, I want more than just four or so messages at a time, fill the whole side of the screen if needs be so long as I can read what's just happened, not wait 3 minutes for the messages to catch up Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
