I have a ton of mods and i thought this came from the mercenary armor until i noticed it on a few random railings too. I've tried disabling weather and lighting mods as well as the armor and no luck. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=946522860 I can post a load order if it would help.
