Load Order

This subject is giving me nightmares because, even with LOOT, I still get mods that won't work 100% like the ragnar.esp (it worked once, but now it isn't because the character preset is missing).

Could someone give me tips about how to order my mods/plugins properly and where should I make alterations? I would appreciate it.
