LE Please, someone, with Ck or not, might create a simple skyrim mod for me?

I don't know how use the CK...

 

The Mod features:

0)New Power: Giants Hero

1)This power use the console command "player.setscale 1.x" i want a "little" giant, like the sovngard npc Tsun.

2)Increase smithing, one handed, two handed, block by 100% in this form.

3)Fix the third person visual when you become Giant.

4)Add a sound for the Giant steps and...voice?.

5)All creatures attack you in this form (Like werefolf)

6)Make an animation for trasformazion, or use Vampire Lord Animation.

The points 4,5 and 6 are optional.

 

Obviously we need a method to return in normal form.

(Timer, like werefolf, or power, like vampire lord, are both accepted.)
