Always Crashing, loosing hope every hour.

So I've been downloading my mods manually by putting them in data folder. Then I discovered Mod organizer.

I deleted the skyrim folder, but I saved mod organizer with 4 mods in it by placing it in the desktop. I included this bit in case if it causes an issue. i

 

Anyways, I am having a crash every time I run skyrim via loader, it loads properly, but it crash after a few minutes or when fast traveling.

 

Please help!! someone!
