MShoap13
If you go in-game and pres "esc" to open the "System" tab (Where Save, Load, etc. are) your version number will be displayed in the bottom left corner of that menu. The newest version is 1.4.21. Edited February 20, 2012 by MShoap13

MarklarFUS
Edit: what your going to need to do is go into your NMM and disable all the mods you have enabled, then re-enable them. Then go to C:\Users\(NAME)\AppData\Local\Skyrim and right click on plugins.txt, and check the box that says "Read only" Now open up skyrim, and you should be good to go. Note: every time you want to add a new mod, your gonna have to uncheck "read only" in properties.txt, and recheck it after u enable your new mod. Make sure you don't start skyrim unless the plugins.txt file is read only, or else your going to have to start at square 1 and re-enable all mods again. GOOD LUCK!
