Follower wont enter custom world space

So, I've been working on a player owned world space. A sort of "hideout", if you will.

 

I've been following Beth's vid tuts, as well as the wiki, and I think the cell is optimized fully.

However, when I enter the cell in-game, my follower wont follow me.

I'm able to enter-exit the world space perfectly fine, and when I exit my follower is standing right there waiting for me.

 

I posted the same problem in Beth's forums, and someone suggested that I ask around.

Are you sure you check navmesh?

Check the properties of the cell, AFAIR, there is a check box, which decided whether followers can or cannot enter the cell.
