Skyrim crashes after waiting or sleeping

Skyrim crashes a couple seconds after sleeping or waiting. The problem started after I installed Real Vision ENB. I have around 80 to 100 mods installed through NMM and the game runs from 40 to 60 fps with the enb installed. Everything runs fine except when I wait or sleep. The only thing I did after I installed the enb was edit the (enb editor Shift-Enter) to make the game more colorful.

I have already organized my load order with LOOT and cleaned everything with TES5 edit (all done correct with tutorials)
