raatorotta Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Steam don't start right anymore. It starts and runs on background, but doesn't open at all. While it's on background, nothing works. When i try start Skyrim it says something that steam is in use of some other program or something like that. Also when steam running background i can't shut it down from programlist, i can't turn computer off normally and also internet is not working either. Can i do anything else than reinstall steam and all games again? What i should do?
