Help please!

Fallout 4 used to work as I got it from steam the first day it came out and started modding shortly after with no issues.

 

I have recently decided to return to Fallout 4.

I am trying to set up mods but, am constantly running into the same issue.

 

I follow the steps from here http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_Installation.

 

When I change the fallout4custom.ini and try to create a new game or load an old save I get a black infinite loading screen. If I delete the changes then the game works perfectly. I can't mod without the changes tho.

 

I spent all morning looking on google for answers and tried a bunch of things including reinstalling, changing resolutions, using borderless, but nothing works. I am all out of ideas and am hoping someone here can help me otherwise it looks like its back to GTA V.

Thats what I have, you may delete some entries if you dont have all those files(DLC), you can check them in your Data folder.
