This could be anything, I would try save file cleaning, maybe you have some leftover scripts there, try this http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22633/?. Do you have any performance issues? I noticed demanding graphical mods like HiRes DLC can causes CTD, something how Fallout engine handles memory, but that also depends whats is your PC specification. BrahminTrough mod once caused CTD for me...but thats shot in the dark. Maybe you edited your ini files recently?

hello there!! thank you so much for replying!

i will remove the HiRes DLC, and disable the BrahminTrough to see if that helps, and will look into this cleaner!

as for performance i have been experiencing random stutter freezes.. i normally cap at 50-60fps, suddenly freezes at 1fps, then back to normal. :(

no, i don't recall editing my ini files for any reason recently..

here are my specs (sorry idk how to make 'read-more's)

those stutter freezes and 1fps moments are probably disk operations (cell loading, etc).

sometimes I run my PC resource monitor on my monitor while I play Fallout on my TV and whenever I get a stutter or freeze my hard drive is going flat out.

I think I'm going to have to invest in a hybrid SSD/HDD soon
