Totaly f***ed up textures

Since 3 days or so my Skyrim textures are horrible.

I installed the HD textures from Bethesda.

I made steam mistake search (sry I'm german)

I turned all mods on and off.

I tried all the graphic settings.

 

Everytime it was the same.

Any suggestions on how to solve that problem?
