NkromancerN Posted June 17, 2017 Share Posted June 17, 2017 Hey, so I am planning on starting a new Fallout 4 game. I was planning on adding/editing an item to make V.A.T.S. overpowered as all hell. I figured, what better item to apply this to than the wedding ring? Only problem, is I have NO IDEA how to do this. I took a look in the 'ol creation kit, and realized that what I wanted wasn't so easy as I had hoped. What my plan boiled down to was giving it a passive buff to V.A.T.S. that makes it, like, 75% of the cost or something. If anyone can help, please give me some pointers!
