Highlander666
Hard to guess, you are using NMM so some mods could be overwritten irreversibly and that cause this glitch. I would try with physics mods first, I see you got two body collision and death physics. Maybe some animation mods, you got few of them. Is this glitch in every water or just this one? Try LOOT to sort your mod order, or even better post it here. Edit: Also this 75 FPS could cause some weird stuff to happen, someone correct me if im wrong but from what I heard higher FPS then 60 tends to mess with this game physics. jyrwelaw
@ Highlander666 Thanks mate.-Every water is glitched.I noticed that there is nothing happend when I change fps to 60 and turn off vsync. This is not a solution to this problem. -LOOT is a diagnostic program or sorting tool? I'll try it.
Highlander666
Its sorting tool but in same cases shows incompatibilities between mods or other problems with them.
jyrwelaw
http://i64.tinypic.com/ea2tzt.png Should I apply the changes in "Loot"? -Or this will corrupt some of my working mods? Edited June 19, 2017 by jyrwelaw

Highlander666
Apply them, should be fine. You can always backup your load order incase something goes wrong.
