CTD only when approaching Giant Camps

Hi guys,

 

I've been experiencing this issue, which is CTD that only happens when approaching Giant Camps. Besides that my games run silky smooth... I always used LOOT and tried cleaning my main modules using SSEEdit (TES5Edit).

 

My system is : i5 3570 @ 4,2 Ghz, GTX 970, 8 Gb RAM.

I managed to fix this, by deleting my Skyrim Special Edition Folder (all of them), and starting from scratch. Now working as well with the same amount of mods..

Delete that file at?? Document or delete all the game main folder??

Your modlist doesn't include any sort of bashed/merged/smashed patch at the end. If you don't already have one I strongly recommend you look into that. Have you verified your files in Steam? Have you cleaned the Masters in SSEEdit? Have you uninstalled any mods in the middle of a playthrough or rearranged your load order? If so, then you should run your save files through a save cleaner to check for missing data or scripts.

 

Since this thread is almost two years old, you might want to check that both your LOOT and SSEEdit installations are up-to-date, as they've gotten a lot better about pointing out missing patches and dirty mods.
