Can't Download Mods

Hello, I've been trying to download mods from the nexus site and while I'm able to browse the nexus w/o issues its when I click on a mod i'm unable to select the different tabs. I'm running the latest version of Chrome and I keep getting a popup stating "some plugins have been blocked" I've went into the settings and enabled Flash for all sites as well as Java. Still unable to resolve the issue. I've went as far as uninstalling NMM, Chrome, Flash, and Java and reinstalling them (except for NMM because it wont let me click on the download link) and im still having the same issue. Im at a total loss on how to fix this issue. The ONLY thing that I have done differently is moved. I don't have my own router anymore, instead im hooked up to a wifi network thats boosted via wifi towers (yes, it sucks as much as you think it does). However, im able to download from other sites, just not the Nexus.

Seems like JavaScript (which is separate and distinct from Java) might be been disabled in your browser. More info can be found here: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/detect/is-javascript-enabled

 

If that page reports that JavaScript is not enabled, follow the instructions found there to enable it.
