Race request (Yes, another one =])

I have no idea (or the software) to create meshes & textures, body parts etc etc...just the CS.

Would it be possible for somebody to create a Skeleton race?

Ive looked, and there are some for Morrowind, but not oblivion. The only one for oblivion is just a set of clothes that make you LOOK like a skeleton. Im looking for an actual race, that makes you look like a skeleton...first person skeletal hands etc...

Well there is a licht race mod if you would like but i too bysu to find it but you can searcht to find

The reason why they are using clothing slots to display the skeleton mesh is because the game engine will not allow modders to assign different body meshes to different races; all races in game will use the same mesh. The differences we do see between races are simply different textures.
