Anach
Greetings. I'm wondering there is a mod that allows one to sell their houses? Being a fond user of Property Tax , I've come to realise that I have far too much property that I never use. Most the time I sleep in Inns and barely ever return to my lonely houses, so it would make sense that I could sell these properties and reset the mini quests that accompany their purchase. I've done a little searching and come up with nil. So would something like this be possible, if it's not done already?

And those things which can be reset aren't enough to make it work right. And trying to make it all work with another mod may only end up making things even less right (IE selling the house, but still being charged a tax on it). The easiest solutions are probably the best ones, either don't buy the house initially (a little late now), or don't use that mod. Or make adjustments to your own copy of the mod to lessen the taxes on those houses you aren't using. That is the beauty of modding afterall, if some aspect isn't suited to your needs, you can usually change that aspect.
Anach
THat's a shame. Even without the mod compatibility issues. It would be nice to rid myself of some unneeded housing.
