SSE Clipping, how to fix?

So I got my hands on a robe which shows the legpants also, So making the legs invisible underneath isn't really an option. However I am wondering if this is fixable at all in blender or nifskope?

I also have a hairstyle which clips heavily with most capes, is it possible to make changes to avoid this?

I'm asking this because I found no good information from searching online, and I didn't really see any mods doing any of this as it is. So before I go into hour long sessions to try and "fix" something, I'm curious to see if someone already has an answer, in which case I won't have wasted my time.
