I don't like the idea of just letting a random vampire hit me to get porphyric hemophilia; I'm a stealth character, so it's really out of character to let the vampire see me, let alone get some hits on me. From a mod? Well, most of those involve potions, rings, or touching tombstones. Convenient, but lore-breaking. I like the idea of a mod that has a vampire offer to give you vampirism (I know there's a mod out there that makes Vicente's Imperial Bethesda Voice Actor line available, I can find it again if you'd like). Seems darker that way, like it's a real choice, not just "Oh, I'll stand around and let this vampire attack me so I can 'accidentally' contract porhyric hemophilia, 'accidentally' not notice the immersion-breaking notice that I've contracted the disease, and 'accidentally' not use Cure Disease on self in the next three days." I didn't vote because I never had Vicente bite me, but, if I could go back in time, I would let him give me vampirism; that's the classy way to become a vampire. :P
