hey i need some help with making skins.

1. what brush is used to get the texture of the colors? im not sure if its watercolor or not.

2. how do i make the skin bigger? i want to make a jester with long hair instead of his hat, but ingame it will show the hair in the shape of the hats silhouette.

2. This is the answer I've seen on another forum, you can make it bigger but care for the animations, because you can't change that unless you use a 200$ program, I'd say do trial and error and see what fits best. This doesn't mean you can't make a Jester with long hair.
