Hello

First of all forget CK for what you're doing. What you need is this:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29624/?

So first download and install.

Next you need the nif and texture file for the NPC in question. I cant tell you where exactly you can find them. I would need the folder structure of the original mod for that (you can post the link to the mod here and I can take a look if you cant find it)

usually it looks a bit like this:

Data - Meshes - Actors - Character - (next might be NPC name) - facegeom - (next might be NPC name)

There will be one or more nif files in that folder. You have to find out which is the face of the NPC you mean. Check the meshes in Nifscope or try them all if you're not sure.

Same for the face texture:

Data - Textures - (Rest must be same structure as above)

Again there will be one or more dds files in that folder whose name matches the nif files. Thats what you need.

Copy those files into the following folder:

SKSE - plugins - Chargen (NOT in the Preset subfolder or you wont find them)

Now start Skyrim and open console. Type "showracemenu" and hit enter. Navigate to the "Sculpt" tab.

The gender of the NPC has to match your PC's so dont try this with a male PC.

Now we have to add a mask to the head or you're going to have an ugly neck seam.

On the right hand side is the "HeadParts" menu. Deactivate display of the hair here so it doesnt get in the way. The menues are draggable by the way. Now in the middle bottom of the screen is the Brushes menu. Navigate to the left until the "Mask Add" brush is selected. In the big window displaying the head hover your mouse over the very bottom edge of the neck. Click and paint the blue line that appears all around the very base of your PCs head.

Now hit F9 and import the nif we just copied into the Chargen folder. Next save the head as a preset. Done!

IF the race of your PC is a different one from the NPC you chose there is an additional step. Go to the "Extra" tab. Find the race of your PC and move the corresponding slider to -1. Find the slider of the race of the NPC and move it to 1.

This process will not copy the hair of the NPC though. I'm quite certain the hair comes from one of the hair mods here on the Nexus. Post a pic of the NPC and I might be able to tell you which mod contains the hair. Since the Maid II mod is in your loadorder there is a big chance the hair is already in your list of available hair though. So simply navigate to the "Hair" tab and see if you can find it.

One little word about something else.....Remember you cant upload the preset unless you got permission from the mod author.

I'm so sorry it took me so long to read this post but I thought nobody was going to reply  But anyway now i dont want the freya appearance no more, now i just want the face of the npc Xana, but yeah i re-download the mod and went through its folder structure just like you said like this, Data - Meshes - Actors - Character and got stuck at character because the rest of the folder said Animations and Behaviors and now i am lost again so i am going to post the link of the mod and hopefully whenever you get the time you can look through it in see if I overlooked something, I really want that npc face on my character but more importantly I really really appreciate you helping me through this when you know you don't have to  ps. and my bad for the long reply, and trust me I'm going to keep that preset all to myself  http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16021/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D16021&pUp=1

No need to apologise!

In your case the relevant files are compressed in a bsa archive. It's the file "SMSkyrim - Compressed.bsa". You need a bsa extractor to browse/get the files you need. I guess you don't use Mod Organiser? (It would contain a bsa extractor function) Since I'm quite sure you use NMM you need a separate tool.
