how to scale spell FX?

Im trying to get the fire ball explosion (fireballexp01.nif) to look bigger in game. I tried scaling in nifscope and then putting the nif in the data folder but im not used to using nifscope and probably was not using the right values. And changing in the construction set changes the radius of the spell effect but does not make the FX any bigger.

 

Im not concerned with changing spell damage or anything, just want bigger explosions. has anyone found a way to do this?

Im been lets say 35 hour mod/tweak hunter. But working intense. Failed a lot ;) I can shoot a bullet out there and say download a FXAA toolkit or the newest ccc at amd and use theirs. I would reccomend the FXAA Tool. Easy find.. It has its own "Bloom" tab with threshold, width and pure intensity of the spell effects levels in your case. a lot of other nice tabs in this kit!. But im prolly a daydreaming.. I no nothing of creating mods, only getting better graphics with my pcs. But this Bloom goes BLOOM! Hope you get it done right.GL
