Moon issues

Hello everyone,

 

I have seen a topic about this previously but after trying the fix suggested i havent been able to rectify the issue.

Basically the problem is the moon is there but it appears black? its almost as if the textures missing or the wrong one but after validating the skyrim cache and trying moon texture replacers i must say im a bit stuck.

i have disabled all the mods including the texture packs but i am willing to try anything to get it working again lol.
