Random Freezes

My game runs almost fine and without any CTD,but biggest problem is random freezes. How to fix them ? I tried different things such as using 2 cores (InumThreads 2 or something like that) but nothing fixed this problem.I have all DLC and all patches.

I am using lowest settings (by default launcher choosed High textures, different water effects etc). There are only information about CTD.Nothing about Freezes.I can play 2- 4 hours without problems and then have a random freeze.

Here is my specs >

Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 x64 Bit

Processor: AMD Turion X2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile ZM-82 (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz

Memory: 4092MB RAM

Card name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 Series

I cleaned my pc with different tools, increased page file size, changed Catalyst settings to High Perfomance.

Default launcher settings uploaded (screenshots)

I apologize if i forgot something,i just want to go sleep.

Well man its really the nature of the beast, you will never have No CTD's, but you can do some serious damage control :)

First off, get a "Purge Cell Buffer" mod that will be the biggest difference

get NVEC that will help hugely too, as well as a "4gb Launcher" if you have a 64 bit operating system

What Are your Comp Specs? the INI files can be edited to make truly amazing things happen, with just a few changed numbers

I have 8G of ram so iPreloadSizeLimit=8388608000 :) thats 8G in bytes

the game never uses it all (still trying to get it to, but my videocard is the bottleneck I think) But I can get it to use 5 to 6 G of it

whatever the default is... Is sad, Beef it up major

At this point I feel that the Game engine itself is my main limiter, but that is just conjecture through the apparent inability of the game to utilize my computers' hardware

But constantly modding/tweaking to get better and better performance is part of the game and I don't mind at all :)
