Weird FPS drop

Hello everyone.

First, note that I'm not used to posting in support forums, and english is not my mothertongue, so please be patient. ^^

I bought Fallout 4 a week ago and I'm experiencing a massive FPS drop in boston area and diamond city. Anywhere else I'm around 70 - 75 FPS, in DC around 30 - 50 FPS, and in the streets of Boston around 18 - 30 FPS.

Here comes the weird part: When I first tested the game it worked fine, even in boston (I used a save from a friend, lvl39 to make my test). When I started my own playthrough it also worked fine, even when I first arrived to DC. My troubles started in the city and went incresingly since. As an exampe, yesterday i started my journey from DC to Goodneighbor with 25 - 35 FPS, today I resumed it and got 18 - 25 FPS.

I use around 120 mods, most of them for building, around 10 of them for graphic improvement, but no 4K textures. Here are the graphic mods:
