Crashing when loading any save

I've tried every autosave I have, and a few manual saves I've made. The load screen shows up, with the text and random item/creature, but sometime during the load, I get a CTD. Might I get any help, since Bethesda still hasn't learned to just put a crashlog in their engine?

Update: Loading with no mods active still gets a CT. In addition, when I load a really old save of mine from Ysgramor's Tomb, some dialogue from Peryite's quest pops up, and I can't escape it, no matter what options I pick or how many times I hit tab.

Do any of the mods you have add new buildings/castles/houses/dungeons etc? Because I am having the same problem and found that it is caused by any mod adding new (not just editing) buildings or dungeons etc.
