Eferas
I was so busy making mods and testing them I didn't notice this before... As you can see in the video I have a huge flickering problem in the distance... Don't mind Gopher's voice over, I was listening to his Mod Clinic and I didn't expect it to be recorded as well, lol. :D Any help, please? These are the LOD mods I'm using:- http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58562/? with also NMC LOD texture fix.- http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/47418/- http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/61206- http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/46451/ Edited June 29, 2017 by Eferas
dubiousintent
It's called "Z-Fighting". Please see the 'Issue: Distant terrain/LOD flickers rapidly' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. Good luck. Not everyone can get a happy (or even satisfactory) result. -Dubious-
Eferas
Damn it, I never managed to fix it in Skyrim back in the days... I will try lowering the lod in the launcher, thanks. :(
Eferas
Truth to be told, I don't remember having this problem before I installed FNVLODGen. Also, if I use TFC (toggle free cam) and I go in the distance where the flickering is happening, when I arrive there it stops. Another thing I noticed is that it doesn't look a problem of textures, it looks like it's the meshes... EDIT: in fact, removing FNVLODGen and then reinstalling it with everything checked except for "WastelandNV" and "WastelandNVmini" improved the situation a little. I still have flickering with the distant road meshes.. Edited June 30, 2017 by Eferas
dubiousintent
Textures are the "skin" laid over the "bones" of the meshes. You don't really see the "meshes" at all. -Dubious-
