NPC Dialogue Bug and Never Competing Quest

So recently I've started playing the companions questline and I have 2 problems.

The first problem is that I can't complete one of the radiant quests Farkas gives you,the quest being "Trouble in Skyrim" he told me to clear out bloodlet throne,so I did and nothing happend so I loaded an older save and tried it again, still nothing. After I returned to Jorrvaskr they told me Skjor was looking for me and so I ignored the never completed "Trouble in Skyrim" quest.

Second problem is with Aela silver hand quests, she told me to go clear out a silver hand camp and I did that with no problem the first 2 times but the third time when I returned and finished the quest and wanted to start a new one nobody had the "im looking for work" dialogue option and yes the game told me "ask the compations leaders for work" so I thought the problem was with the never ending quest "Trouble in Skyrim" so i went online to find the console commands to finish the quest, the quest was finished but still nothing and the game removed the "ask the compations leaders for work" thing,so I went back online and saw I had to put another console command in,so I did and still nothing.I reloaded the save and finished the quest before I talked to Aela but still no "im looking for work" dialogue option, then I choose all of their dialogue options and waited 24 hours in game time,no change NOTHING.I tried everything nothing is working please help me.

Quest commands
Command	Effect
caqs	Complete all Stages of EVERY quest.
Buggy, may not be stable. NOT recommended.

completequest <QuestID>	Complete a quest. May cause buggy behavior, SetStage is generally cleaner.

getstage <QuestID>	Used to get the current quest stage for quest (use ShowQuestTargets for IDs).

movetoqt <QuestID>	Move to quest target.

resetquest <QuestID>	Completely resets the given quest.

saq	Starts every quest. (May cause crash)

SetObjectiveCompleted <QuestID> <stage> <1 to set, 0 to unset>	Used to set the quest stage as being completed or uncompleted.

setstage <quest id> <stage value>	Used to set the quest stage (Useful for bugged quests).

showquesttargets	Shows all current quest IDs.

player.sqs <quest id>	Used to display all the stages of a quest

google the quest name find the editor id and do

completequest idname

replace "idname" with the id it shows on skyrim wiki or what ever

the "setstage" thing is harder to do because it's kind of unknown what number you have to input
