Skyrim freeze when hitting enemies.

So I have been playing in this save for about 160 hours without any problem what so ever until now. For about an hour or less in a game will be my game all of a sudden freeze when I hit an npc, this doesn't happen on the first hit or anything like that. I may have hit around 100 times more or less before this freeze occurs to me. No idea what's causing it and couldn't find a fix even though many others have had almost the same issue as I so decided to give this a go for a possibility to get a fix. Keep in mind that all the mods were active before I started my save I am currently playing on and haven't added a single mod since.
