Which mod from this list prevents settlers from arriving?

The symptom: after building a recruitment beacon, one or two settlers appear. This is now all the settlers this settlement will ever have. Tried storing and re-buildting the beacon, tried setting my charisma to 50, sleeping for days, nothing.

 

I had it on my previous playthrough and on the current one as well. I suspect the issue is that the mod in question isn't supposed to be active from the very beginning, though I have no idea which one it could be

 

 

Here is my load order. I really wish the NMM would allow me to export the actual mod list, I suspect that would be more helpful

You're using a very old version of Wild Plants Farming mod. Please update it. In old version used edited WorkshopParentScript from UFO4P. In new version removed scripts for better compatibility.

 

But I'm not sure what's the problem. The old version at the time worked well.

Thank you. Why didn't NMM tell me that there is an update? -_-

 

Is there a way to remove that edit from my savegame? From my understanding, modded scripts can be quite persistent.

Enable loging. Search something like WorkshopParentScript unable to update used old version.

If there are no such records, the script has been updated normally

Holy crab, there actually is logging in F4?

I haven't even googled that because I didn't think bethesda would actually add that. So, in fallout4.ini under [Papyrus] set bEnableLogging=0 to 1?

 

Anyway, not sure if it was the old wild plants farming (I used FallrimTools to do stuff like "delete script instances/changeforms/..." on the esps), but it works now.
