hengrave19424
When I enter any area with an enemy present, I can close my eyes as the loading screen changes to game play and more often than not immediately hear the sound of of a raider or a super mutent exclaiming about my sudden appearence. Before I open my eyes to evaluate the new area I know who my enemy is and whether the are to my left or my right. I wonder if there is a way to do away with that catagory of audio cue, so that when I'm bludering around making noise with my flashlight on, the enemy would take cover and the first impression I have of a new threat is when he opens fire at me. Put you self in the shoes of the enemy when a heavily armed fella walks into your home from home. You're not going to shout to intimidate or call to your buddy. Surely you're going to hunker down behind cover and keep as quiet as you can until you've lined up your shot. Communication with your mates at this point should be hand gestures. Shouting, bellowing and insulting is fine once combat has commenced, but I'd rather explore knowing that I won't always get an audio cue before I take incoming fire.
