Problems with the game, help would be sincerely appreciated...

the game (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt GOTY Edition) was downloaded though steam and is up to date (1.31).

i have this (so called) problem of downloading a bit more than an average amount of mods (in this case, there are 71 folders in my mod folder).

 

the problems are: 1) sometimes, when i open the game, there's only a black screen for an infinite amount of time. sometimes the game doesn't open at all. other times, the game opens normally.

2) if the game opens, when i try to open a save, either: the save opens normally, or i get an infinite loading screen (if the save loads, the next time it doesn't. if it doesn't load, the next time it does.)

3) if the save loads, the minimap and the map are invisible UNLESS the minimap is turned off before the save is created, and then turned on when the save is loaded.

help would be SINCERELY APPRECIATED for either and all of the problems.
