modding querry and basic questions

so ive been making these here house mod that im gonna post on the mod page but im on a literal road block now. what i wanna know to do is

1) how do i make an item(like nuka-cola, shell casings, foods) not pickable by anyone(even NPC)
2) create a moving wall that acts like a hidden door
3) creating my own activatable switches that is linked to those hidden door
4) creating the warps from the main world to my interior.

I'm not an expert, but the obvious answers appear to be:

1) make into a "static".

2) make it a "shape key".

3) Make it a "shape key" activator.

4) "Doors" are activators that are linked in the "world exterior" cell to your "interior" one. A "warp" is just an invisible "door" activator.

2. im not making my own mesh as i dont have the needed tools to do so but what im talking about moving walls was the same thing mick and ralph has on their secret armoury.
