TashasOnline
So, I'm trying to load someone else's house mod to decorate it.I've tried EVERYTHING,I've tried, loading skyrim.esm, and the mod's esm as active. [Whenever I save a change, the mod disappears in-game]I've tried, loading skyrim.esm, and the mod's esm + a new esp as active.I've tried duping the mod's esm, then loading that with skyrim.esm making the mod's esm active.. I've troubleshot this far:Other mods have the same problem [when trying to edit them]I've tried creating my own mod, it works fine.
Reforged
I have tried to mod a mod with a new mod and it creates a new instance of the same area that never loads in game. I figured out the hard way that I have to edit the original mod if I want to change anything about it. When you open the original mod, just set it as active and don't select anything else to go with it (unless it is dependent on some other mod's mesh/texture objects). It will automatically load the skyrim files that are needed without you having to select them.

Reforged
Odd...something may have become corrupt. Can you delete the mod and re-download/re-copy it? If you like, in the morning I can try to open it and see if I can find anything unusual .

It was corrupted that fixed the interior not loading issue, but now when I add one item to the mod to test it, then save it, the mod completely disappears in game, even if it's checked in the data. Reforged
Check the external shell and see if "Is Full LOD" and "Don't Havoc Settle" are checked. Others had a problem with the external shells being there sometimes and not others issue and checking them seemed to help.

Did that, they're checked, the mod still doesn't appear in-game after I've made changes. Thanks for helping btw :]
