Walayimuna
I am trying to download a few mods from fallout 4, but this morning when I tried to access the nexus again, every time I try to download any mod, it says a error message, 'an error has occurred', in all options, download with NMM, download manually, etc, both on the mod main page and if I also try on specific files of the mod, and this is happening to all mods in the site for me. I do not know if this is related, but the site is no longer 'secure' for me, it does not recognize the https certificates and whatnot, it displays just a white exclamation in there. Can anyone please help me? thank you
DrakeTheDragon
The file sites never were on HTTPS. It was tested a while ago, but they had to abort and revert as the issues it caused were getting too much. The file sites are still on HTTP only. If you access a mod page on HTTPS similar issues as what you described are known to occur. After they tried again on HTTP most people so far reported back everything's working again. So if you try to access a mod page on HTTPS and are getting errors in return, this is usually the cause for the results and you should try it on HTTP again.
