akmatov Posted July 3, 2017 Posted July 3, 2017 I'm sure there must be a mod to remove the paper and trash blowing around. After 210 years it should be gone and I keeps distracting me from actual threats.

akmatov Posted July 4, 2017 Author Posted July 4, 2017 Thx, I'll look into Vivid Weather. Currently using the non-compatible Dark Skys. Just a bit of a distraction. There was a mod years ago to remove it in one of the Fallouts as a means of improving FPS
