Feng Shui for Skyrim

Would it be possible to make a Feng Shui style mod for Skyrim? For those of you who don't know what the original Feng Shui mod was like you can find a video in the description at this link; http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=11532

I find it extremely difficult to place items the way I want. Items are oversensitive to even the slightest movement. Just placing a jar with a butterfly in it takes a good five to ten minutes just to place right-side-up. Even then it's never in the right place. It would also be handy being able to lock an item into place in case you happened to bump into it. It'd be nice if my goblets wouldn't go flying across the room because I turned the wrong way.

Just a simple Num Pad function to allow me to move and lock (if possible) items on an x,y,z axis is what I'm looking for. I know it's probably not a simple thing to make, but if anyone can, please do. And if anyone out there thinks this would make a good mod, post here and show interest! :)

The console allows for setangle and setpos around the x, y and z axis. Still, I imagine it could be hotkeyed or such by playing around with the gamedata. I never tried it myself. Maybe the FO3 mod can be imported almost straight with some minor alterations to work with Skyrim even. :)
