Gamebryo Renderer error

No matter what I do I can't get New Vegas to load up. I've Disabled and enabled the driver, fixed the resolution, and nothing works. I have Tale of Two Wastelands but I haven't activated it or even installed it yet. I'm using the steam version of the game and I'm starting to get really annoyed. I tried to go the the websites Discord but whoever set up that banner didn't set the invite to be infinite so I can't get on it(which seems like a really stupid mistake to make). I don't like forums because of the huge delay that is waiting for a response and I've been beating my head into a wall for the better part of an hour now. I somehow doubt that I will get a definitive answer or solution anytime soon but at this point I don't really care. This is my first time playing New Vegas and so far it has been a horrible experience.
