CTD After 1 Minute of Gameplay (post racemenu)

So i recently assembled a modlist for my next playthrough of skyrim (not special edition) and after getting all of my stuff together and fixed and all that jazz i opened up skse and began to create my character. Everything was fine until I finished character creation (im using live another life so im in that cell), because after i left character creation and began to mess with my mods in SkyUI the game crashed. This has nothing to do with the fact that I was messing with my mods because I CTD even when i just stand still. Im assuming it has something to do with scripting simply because thats when all of your mods are running their scripts for the first time and getting ready to function and stuff. I managed to get outside of the cell at one point but even outside of that area my game crashes... I really dont know what to do ive installed and uninstalled mods over and over and nothing has happened... anyways heres my modlist can anyone help me diagnose the issue? When all of my mods are uninstalled the game runs fine.
