Mod Request: Arthas armor set

hi guys.

i would like to have an armor set which looks like the lich kings in warcraft.

i have the sword frostmourne from another mod and i want an armor to go with it.

because i dont know anything about how to make mods, i would love the one who could make one for me.

here you can see what it looks like if you take the WARRIOR TIER 3 SET. it dont have to look exactly like that i just want something in that style.

 

i dont know how difficult it would be to make it, so could someone please give me a feedback if what i want is possible?
