Can't have the vanilla saddle textures back

Hi,

 

So, I know, rule number one when you install mod : always make a backup of your data directory.
But I didn't, was too dumb. I installed Vanilla Horse Overhaul and uninstalled it because I wanted the vanilla saddle textures back (didn't liked the mod ones). But even after I manually deleted the .esp file, the saddle textures are still there in game. And I don't have textures's files to remove because this mod have only this one .esp file. Plus, I tried to delete this folder data\textures\actors\horse and the one in meshes, but the saddles still have the mod textures in game.

 

Can someone help, please ? :)
