you have ALL the Live Dismemberment esps active when there should only be the one you want active.

keep the one you want and disable the others in the plugins tab of NMM or delete them from your data folder.

 

that might not have anything to do with the problem you posted about, but it will make things run smoother when you shoot someone. you will also notice the dismemberment rate changing, unless you choose to keep regular.
