Cyroch
I can't mod at all unfortunately, but I imagine it can't be to hard to achieve by anyone how can. What really bothers me ingame is the following I will present you with a little story:I am an Orc warrior. Sometimes I long for a fight when I'm on my way from A to B.I see a Noble on his horse and his bodyguard and think to myself: 'Blood'.I kill the noble, I kill the bodyguard, nobody around who could have seen me.Still I have 1000+ bounty on my head. I have to kill the horse too in order to get rid of it.My question: What kind of court allows horses as law's witness? Could anyone please change that? I would be as thankful as anyone can be :)
Pifanjr
Maybe by checking the boxes for Doesn't affect stealth meter or Simple actor in the Creation Engine.
Saratje
Maybe by checking the boxes for Doesn't affect stealth meter or Simple actor in the Creation Engine. The roman court almost allowed Caligula's horse, Incitatus, to become a consul. Then again crossing Caligula was a bad idea. :P But I believe a developer interview said that at one point, chickens would record crime, a bug they removed long before release. I imagine horses may be the reason. Try killing a horse before you check the creation kit to safe yourself unnecessary work.
Pifanjr
Hm, Chickens, Goats and foxes all have the Doesn't affect stealth meter box checked.
Garcardo
Since there are mages they could probably see what the animal did. The law makes sense.
Pifanjr
Then why does the bounty disappear when you kill the horse?
Cyroch
:P I'm still against it...
Garcardo
Then why does the bounty disappear when you kill the horse? If the horse is dead the mage can't read anything.
Pifanjr
But he could have already seen it. Or are you suggesting mages read the memories of random horses to see if they ever saw a crime?
Garcardo
A wandering horse alone coming into town....... Nothing suspicious about that.
