Mod Request: Knife on Kaer Morhen Armor

So I was hoping that someone would be willing to add the knife that you see on the shirt onto the belt of the Kaer Morhen armor. In the same position if possible. I know there's a mod somewhere that adds it but I don't remember the name of it nor do I need all the extra stuff that comes with it. I would really appreciate it if someone would do this please?
