Get a faction member

Hi,

Can you get a reference of a NPC in a faction knowing the faction? I'd like to get the full list of faction members if possible or only first, closest to player (on whole world), etc.

Exact need: getting a reference to your current wife/husband whichever that is in your current game and wherever they are on map, even dead. A help with this particular scenario is ok but better need help with the initial question in order to use it for other scenarios.
