Mankamonkey Posted January 24, 2004 Share Posted January 24, 2004 when i said my main file i was refering to my main saved game the one im the farthest on. so i downloaded 3 mods http://mwsource.com/center/pafiledb.php?ac...ion=file&id=559 , http://mwsource.com/center/pafiledb.php?ac...ion=file&id=803 ,and http://mwsource.com/center/pafiledb.php?ac...ion=file&id=224 . so then i tried to run my main saved game and it ame up with this message: The currently selected master files and plugins do not match the ones used by this save game errors my occour durring load or game play do you wish to continue? [Yes] [No]i clicked yes witch is what i think screw up my game. it wouldnt load so i compleatley uninstalled and deleted all three modsthen when i tried to load it after that it said the same thing when i clicked yes it would not load again. so i tried another one of my saved games and it worked fine. how do i get my main saved game back?!?! cmac Posted January 24, 2004 Share Posted January 24, 2004 Well, one of the mods seems to have corruputed the savegame. Disable all mods from the savegame you wish to get back. If your game has any dependencies, it will list them in the error messages. Say yes to all the error messages, and the game will load. Save the game without the mods, and it will be uncorrupted. If you have any other mods installed, delete them and clean the savegame completely. Reload them after if you KNOW they are not the ones causing the problem.
