FrogtheJam
Hey guys, About 60 hours into my playthrough of a dual-wielding character I noticed this bug where my weapon speed would be randomly set to 0.00 regardless of any perks (dual-flurry 2/2). After some googling I've tried to use the console commands: player.setav weaponspeedmult 1.35player.setav leftweaponspeedmult 1.35 This wasn't an ideal fix as it set the weapon speed to 1.35 to all weapons, not just dual wielded weapons. It only worked temporarily and the weapon speeds reset back to 0.00 after a period of time. Another fix was uninstalling FNIS which also didn't work. Any suggestions? SineWaveDrox
Try the modav command instead. It works a bit differently, in that it adds whatever number you put instead of just setting to it, but it should persist and not reset like setav does. FrogtheJam
No luck. It works for a while but frustratingly reset back to 0.00. Also tried forceav to no avail. I think it had something to do with me using a 2 handed ebony battle-axe which I have no speed altering perks for. I've tested out a few of my older saves and observed that this bug seems to pop up whenever I switch to something other than dual wielding weapons. Aside from restarting a new game, I think my only solution right now is to keep my daggers glued to my hands and make a habit to save frequently. Shabdez
I´ve had the same issue when switching between bow (1.3 with quick shot) and dagger (0.0). Found a solution: Looks like a simple auto or quick save forces the game to reset weaponspeedmult to the correct value of the currently equipped weapon.
