Virtual Mod Install Setup

Earlier today i was downloading a few mods to add to my existing saves and i found that one didn't work, so i used the remove tool in the mod manager, and it crashed. I started it up again to just play the game and it sent me the setup for all the folders to install my mods into. My Mod Directory and Install Info are completely fine, but my Virtual Mod install has a very contradicting problem. My main game is set in my E Drive, E> Program files (x86) > steam > steamapps > common > Skyrim . my nexxus mod manager was installed into the D drive before i moved my steam apps into the E drive ( before i got the new E drive, my steam apps were set into my D drive.) I found that multi HD install is okay, or even needed, but here is the problem my virtual mod install setup is giving me:

"you MUST set the Virtual Directory on the same HD as the usual mod install folder:

selected HD: D:\ - Expected HD - E:\"

another problem is, I already have a Virtual install folder with all of my previously working and installed mods in my D drive, in the "mods" folder for my nexus in the D drive. when i switch it to the E drive it gives me this:

"you cant set the virtual directory equal to the following:

HD root - E:\

game root folder: E: / Program files (x86) / steam / steamapps / common / Skyrim

mod install folder: E: / Program files (x86) / steam / steamapps / common / Skyrim

It's telling me to do the opposite of whatever it told me to in order to fix the problem, help?
